Wholesale Accounts

If you are a wholesaler interested in carrying Chaya Studio's designer jewelry in your store, please e-mail us or call (207-831-5477) for more information and a wholesale pricelist.

Methods of Payment

All of our prices are marked in United States Dollars. We accept on-line payments through Paypal. You are also welcome to call and order with us via telephone. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order, Personal and Bank Cheques. Chaya Studio does not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. Please do NOT send credit card information via e-mail. Our on-line store includes a considerable amount of security that is not included in e-mail.

Payments made by cheque or money order should be made payable to Chaya Studio.

Using Paypal

There are multiple items available for purchase online through Payal. Please note, if you are a first time user with Paypal, there is a new user limit of $2,000.00. If you are a new Paypal user and want to order above this limit, please contact our office at 207-831-5477 or info@chayastudio.com.

Please note: you no longer have to be a member of Paypal to purchase through Paypal.

Tax Charges

All purchased placed within the state of Maine will be charged a 5% sales tax. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state. This also includes any custom duties/charges for return parcels.

Delivery Schedule

Since all of our jewelry is handmade in our shop, In Stock inventory is limited. Once you have placed your order, it will immediately go into production. If your item is not In Stock, delivery will take 4-6 weeks. We are aware that this may be an inconvenience, therefore no payment will be required until your order is ready to be shipped to you. All items that are available from our In Stock inventory will be delivered within 5-10 business days. A rush can be put on any order for an additional fee. A rush order is placed at the front of the production list. The additional cost will vary. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping Costs

Your online purchases are sent to you via registered and insured post. If you reside within the continental United States, this cost is free for normal delivery. For all other locations, shipping costs will vary. For shipments outside of the continental U.S. you will be notified and charged for the shipment expense.  Please note: shipping costs are not free for custom jewelry orders.  Rush orders will require additional charges.

Shipping Costs for Exchanged Jewelry

Your exchanged goods are sent to you via registered and insured post. If you reside within the continental US, this cost is $15.00 US dollars. This is manually debited from your credit card.

Paypal - you will be forwarded a Paypal invoice for $15.00 US dollars to cover your postage and handling fees.

Free Gift Wrap

We offer complimentary gift-wrapping for all purchases. We will also gladly include a card with your personal message.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We proudly stand behind the quality merchandise that we create and sell. We guarantee all our products to be the finest materials available. Our Money Back Guarantee applies to all returns postmarked within 14 days of invoice. Exchanges or returns do NOT apply on worn, altered, custom or engraved jewelry. Simply return the item within 14 days of invoice date in its original condition for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days can be exchanged or a merchandise credit may be issued.

Returning a Purchase

E-mail or call us (207-831-5477) with all of the relevant details. Please send all returns via insured parcel post as we do not accept liability for any goods lost in transit.

Crediting Your Returns

Upon receipt, all returns will be processed within 14 working days. Any refunds due will be disbursed in the manner in which they were received.

Since all of our work is handcrafted, we can guarantee only the quality of our products. Although we are extremely consistent, we cannot guarantee that any two pieces will be identical. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself and/or someone else when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order and delivery.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
